JOHN'S STORY
John Wilson was inspired to start his own tutoring company when he noticed a pattern among Ontario's elementary and high school students: the need for personal connection and guidance throughout the long and often challenging years of education. Despite the best efforts of many teachers, John noticed the struggle many students were experiencing in the after-school hours.
On top of this, the phone wouldn't stop ringing with adults seeking to learn or gain better mastery of the English language.
Whether students having difficulty keeping up with homework or others trying to reach that next level of achievement in their studies, John knew he needed to do something.
From its beginning to this day, the goal of Cedarmount Learning has been to offer intelligent and intentional guidance to each student, whatever their age, so that excellence in every subject can become a possibility and a reality.
